Awesome SMP is a new Lifesteal SMP where fights actually matter. When you kill a player you steal their hearts. If you lose all your hearts you are out so it feels high risk the whole time.
It is not just plain PvP though. The server has mods like Create so people can build wild machines and factories. It also has Farmer’s Delight for more farming and cooking. Backpack helps with storage while you explore. Gravestone helps keep your loot safe when you die.
The owner is active and the world is fresh. The plan is to keep it going long term. It is competitive but not chaotic so builders and grinders can still do their thing.
