Stormy Lagoon is a long term SMP that works for both Java and Bedrock so friends can play together even on different versions. It feels fair and balanced and it is built for steady progress instead of quick resets.

There is no pay to win stuff here because ranks and perks are meant to be earned. You get daily missions with three tasks each day and you can work on quest milestones that give bigger long term rewards.

The server has custom combat gear like a special trident shield and spear plus Stormy Items that you can level up with abilities. You can also level skills with mcMMO and use a player driven economy to buy sell and trade.

There are monthly resource worlds so the main world does not get wrecked and there is an RTP menu that can send you across five different worlds. Claims help protect builds with better permissions and PvP is consensual so you can toggle it on or off.

You can spend Pearls you earn in a shop for perks ranks and cosmetics and there are playtime ranks that go up just by playing. You can also customize your look with tags and join messages and make pixel art using canvas art.
