AvalonEarth is a Minecraft earthsmp server where players make nations and fight or live in peace. The world map is scaled 1 to 500 so there is a lot of space to claim land and build cool countries.
The server uses Towny so towns and nations are a big deal. Anyone can start a nation because you get starter money when you join. You do not have to grind first or meet player requirements just to make your own place.
The first season started in September and it built a pretty strong community. Now the second season is running and a lot of new players are joining and creating fresh nations.
There are wars and conflicts for people who like pvp and strategy. But if you do not like fighting you can still live a quiet life and usually stay out of wars and just focus on building and chilling.
The main ways to earn money are jobs farming and fishing and the owners say they plan to add more money making methods soon.

Nation States is a new Minecraft server that is all about building nations and doing politics between players. It is semi vanilla and uses a towny style claiming system so players can make towns and bigger nations.
The theme is early antiquity and the world is a custom map that is about 5k by 5k in size. The server wants players to focus on roleplay lore and conflicts. You are meant to play like your nation is real and act in character.
The server is made to encourage nationbuilding diplomacy trade war and lots of interaction between players. It is supposed to feel competitive so one group cannot just stomp everyone forever.
There is also something called the spirit of the server. That means you should play in a way that fits the roleplay lore and conflict idea. If you ignore that and just try to ruin the experience you can be removed so people who follow the spirit can have fun.
You can join from both Java and Bedrock and even console players can get on by adding the special friend account. It is a crossplatform world where everyone meets on the same map and fights or talks it out.
