Voyager SMP is a launching soon survival server with a semi anarchy vibe. It is Java 1.21.11 and it starts as a fresh world so nobody has a head start.
The big twist is the Infuse SMP ability system. Players can use up to two effects and one of them stays permanent so fights and movement can get really wild.
It is made for PvP plus alliances and betrayals and big events that feel high stakes. The first event is Teams where players get split into four groups and the winning team gets to pick their permanent effect first. After all teams have a permanent effect then everyone can craft other effects.

This server is a modded SMP that is all about bounties and PvP and it is based in NA West.
They do an interview to join and they have clear rules so things do not get out of control. You can steal but you are not supposed to be annoying about it and heavy griefing is not allowed. Racism and harassment are not allowed.
Every week they spin a wheel with everyones username then it goes on a chart. You try to collect player heads and turn them in for a prize. If a bounty is not collected by the end of the week you get a random debuff for a whole week.

I found RevivalSMP and it is a competitive lifesteal server where hearts are currency. If you die you become a ghost and end up in a graveyard. It also has AI pet companions that warn you when enemies are nearby.
The big monthly thing is a Dragon Egg economy event. When the Ender Dragon gets killed one egg exists for the whole month and the first player to grab it owns it. The egg only makes money when it is placed in the world and it pays out every 10 minutes over 30 days for a total of 1000000 money and 300 shards. If you are in a team the income gets split evenly.
When the egg is placed everyone can see where it is since the location gets broadcast and it shows on BlueMap with a marker. Anyone can break the placed egg and steal it so it turns into a fight over defense and raids. It also has glowing particles so hiding it is hard.
If the egg gets destroyed by stuff like lava or explosions it is gone and you have to reclaim it from the dragon. After 30 days it goes inert and you can still sell it but it stops making passive income.
