Some debuff potions are also banned like weakness poison harming and slow falling. Protection is capped at prot 3 and sharpness is capped at sharp 4 so no one can stack crazy broken gear.
The coolest part is the mace. Only one mace exists on the entire server and it cannot be put in chests or other containers so someone always has it on them. It also cannot have density or wind burst so it does not get totally busted.
