I found Cafirexos and it is a hosting project that started in 2022. It began with free Node.js servers for developers and it has grown over time.
Now they also offer Minecraft hosting for Java and Bedrock. There are free plans if there is space and paid plans if you want more resources.
The free Minecraft plan is listed with 75% CPU 2 GiB RAM and 5 GiB storage. It says it depends on availability and it is 1 server per user.
Paid plans start at $3.99 USD per month and they list 100% CPU 4 GiB RAM and 25 GiB storage. They also say there is a 3 day money back guarantee if it is not what you expected.
Their current locations are Virginia for free and paid plans and Arizona for free plans only right now.
