WhimsyWillow SMP is a small community server that just started season 3 and this time it is modded. The mods were picked by the community so the server really feels like a group project.

This is a new Minecraft server based on a custom storyline. You do not grind random mobs just to get stronger. You earn grades by going through the story and proving your skill.

This server is called Calamity SMP and it is all about factions and building and pvp.
Each faction gets its own custom emblem and the cool part is that players help decide what they look like. The same goes for custom weapons. The players decide what kind of weapons they want to use so it feels like the server is actually made by the community.

This is a long term survival server that is meant for people who like slow and steady progression and a world that sticks around.
The server runs Java 1.20.2 and you do not need any extra downloads which is nice if you just want to hop in and play.
The whole thing is based around Economy Points and allegiances which are like factions. You can grow territory and fight harder mobs and unlock more stuff over time instead of getting everything right away.
Progression gives you custom armor and supernatural abilities as your skills go up. You can join or make an allegiance or stay solo. You can trade explore and build and join in conflicts and world events as new systems and tech get unlocked.
There is a World Tree dungeon that is part of the server lore. In there you can do high risk encounters for special armor drops and other unique rewards you cannot craft normally.
If you like to chill more than fight you can still get progression cool quality of life items and Economy Points by building and farming so non combat players still matter.

This is an Origin Anarchy style SMP where everyone has to pick a different origin. No one is allowed to be the same origin so every player ends up with a unique playstyle. It is all about pvp and base building with a lot of chaos.
The server has more than 100 different origins you can choose from. Because no origin can repeat it makes fights and team ups feel really different every time. You get a new type of pvp and survival where your powers and your downsides really matter.

This is a new German Minecraft server that is still in a big test phase and it runs on version 1.21.8. The owners are testing features and performance and they really want players who help find bugs and give feedback so the gameplay gets better over time.
