CrabCraft is a survival SMP that keeps things mostly vanilla. It is aimed at pure Minecraft gameplay with just a few quality of life touches and it is inspired by HermitCraft style servers.
The server uses Simple Voice Chat so people can talk in game without needing to alt tab. The community is described as chill and tight knit with shared projects. It sounds good for players who like big builds and redstone.
They run an active Discord where people plan events and share progress. The server is whitelisted so you have to apply and it helps keep things safe and friendly. They also do regular automatic backups and per chunk rollback protection.
They said last season had over 200 players with 17520 plus total hours played and they want Season 6 to be even better.
