I found this Minecraft server called Mending Party and it lets Java and Bedrock players play together.

It is a survival server with an economy and chestshops so trading is a big thing. The world has an 8k by 8k border so people end up closer together and it feels more alive.

PvP is toggleable so you can decide if you want to fight or just chill and build. They also want to run events sometimes.

The server is not meant to stay the same forever and they want it to evolve from community feedback and what the staff team sees.

They do not use land claims on purpose because they think claims split people up. Instead staff enforce the no grief rule and they say they have tools to stop griefing and protect builds.

I found a chill vanilla survival SMP that is whitelisted and meant for a small community. It has a relaxed casual vibe where people can build explore and just hang out.

There are only light rules and the big one is do not grief builds. PvP is allowed so fights are fair game. They also have some tiny qol plugins but it still feels like vanilla.

The world border is set to 10k for now and all ages are welcome. The server is located in Germany and they may add new features later if the community wants it.

The Dragons Den is a modded SMP with a small friendly community that has been running for about 3 years. It is made to be long lasting fun and not some server that resets and disappears fast.

Right now it is on the DawnCraft Echoes of Legends modpack so it feels like an adventure. They sometimes switch the modpack to keep things fresh and they also take suggestions for mods and future packs.

The rules are strict about no NSFW stuff and no profanity so it stays safe for everyone. There is also a Discord where players can talk even when they are not in game and the server info is shared there.

This is a chill whitelisted vanilla survival server on 1.21.3 with a small community vibe. It is mostly vanilla but it has a few tiny qol plugins.

I found a survival SMP that is about 2 weeks old and it has a small active group with around 6 to 9 people on. It started after the old world ran for more than 3 years so everyone decided to restart fresh.

It is vanilla plus on fabric and you can still join with a normal vanilla client. The server has extra stuff that mostly helps gameplay like faster leaf decay terralith world generation dynmap claims mini blocks and heads gravestones and backups. There is also proximity voice chat but you need a mod if you want to use that.

They might make a central shopping district later and it will not use any currency mods. They also say they will never sell advantages or ask for money so it is just for fun.

Machine Craft is a Tekkit Classic server for people who miss the old modded days and want a world that stays stable. It feels like a place where big builds can stick around and your ideas do not get wiped for no reason.

The rules are pretty light so most EMC farms and items are allowed and not changed. You can protect your land and machines with GriefPrevention and LWC which helps a lot if you like building tech bases.

PvP is on and griefing can happen if you do not claim your area. Chat is linked with Discord so people can talk even when they are not in game. The server runs Tekkit Classic 3.1.2 on Minecraft 1.2.5 and it is hosted in US East. World files can be requested and players get a say through community polls.
