Server rules:
Chapter One: Territories and Bases
1.1) Any building of a person belongs to him personally, the exception is when people by mutual agreement buy a service for the construction of a building. If this happens, then the building will belong to the owner, who is the owner of the territory on which this building was built.
1.2) When drawing up a will, it is necessary to take into account that everything that is in the territory belongs to the one who receives this territory, including chests and resources in them.
1.3) It is prohibited for a player to be in an area to which he does not have access, or he has received a warning from the base owner that he must leave the area. The exception is AD. AD is a public place and no one has the right to hinder your free movement.
1.4) Griefing any player buildings is prohibited. Punishment: blocking of the game account.
1.5) It is forbidden to build any lavacasts, both on the territory of players and in the ordinary world. Punishment: blocking of the game account.

Chapter Two: Communication and Society
2.1) Any insults/belittlement/humiliation of the player are prohibited, both in local and global chat. Punishment: blocking access to the global chat for 20 minutes. In case of repeated incident, blocking of the game account.
2.2) Any killing of players without their consent is prohibited. It is also allowed to build arenas for fights, where people can receive a monetary reward for winning. The monetary reward is given by the organizers of the arena.
2.3) Any insults/belittlements/humiliation of the administration and the server are prohibited. Punishment: blocking in the chat for 1 hour, in case of repeated violation blocking of the account.

Chapter Three: Game Mechanics
3.1) Using cheats/bugs/scripts is punishable by blocking the account. Regardless of the degree, be it killing through killaura, resource extraction through X-RAY, or duping items. Punishment: blocking the game account.
3.2) Attempting/gaining access to the server console. Punishment: blocking the user’s IP address.
3.3) Attempting/gaining access to another person’s account. Punishment: blocking the IP address of the user who hacked the account.
3.4) Attempt to deceive the administration. Punishment: at the discretion of the administrator towards whom this rule was violated.
3.5) Construction of lag machines. Punishment: blocking of the game account.
3.6) Accumulation of huge entities on farms/territories of players leading to a decrease in TPS is equivalent to point 3.5. Punishment: blocking of the game account.
