The report of muskets, bayonets gleam against the sun; The ching of gold ingots, as blood stained rivers run. The Darkling sky; whose to know why? the whim of Builder Lords, for whom they bravely die. Yet banners flow, the wind heedlessly blows, and the war is ever and endless on the Row.
Castle Row is a modded faction server in which players found their own factions, raise armies of villagers, then fight amongst themselves to conquer and control as many settlements as possible. It is set in a small world teeming with lore. Here, resources and space are limited, making conflict all the more likely.
To enhance the experience, as well as using the amazing villager recruits mod to facilitate armies, we also make use of small ships to facilitate war on the seas, a number of musket mods, serene seasons to make the small world feel more dynamic, and pillager enhancement mods to give players a more imposing npc foe to test their armies against.
We are looking for mature players (17+) who are willing to accept that the things they build will sometimes be lost as competition is fierce and relentless and the destruction/griefing of any construct not considered a town or village is allowed and encouraged in the course of conflict.
