I found FreakCraft and it is for people who want real vanilla survival. It runs on the normal vanilla server jar with nothing extra added.
There are no plugins and no datapacks. You do not get tp or sethome so you have to travel the normal way.
The spawn is not fancy and you do not have to read a bunch of stuff to start. People are expected to handle their own social problems so it can feel rough sometimes.
You can play how you want and build what you want. Technical players are welcome too. The server stays on the latest stable vanilla jar and it is self hosted on a purpose built machine.
