I found Malgazar SMP and it feels like a chill survival server where people actually try to not ruin your builds. The community is pretty active and it is hosted in the UK running on Purpur. It is for official Minecraft launchers only.
The rules are strict about no griefing no stealing no scamming and no drama. PvP is only if both people agree and slurs are not allowed. No x ray no cheats no seed maps and no duping glitches. If you mess with peoples pets or animals that is also not allowed. Breaking rules can get you locked in a cage for a set time or banned.
Gameplay has keep inventory on and explosions do not destroy blocks. There is veinminer and mcmmo style rankings for stuff like mining and swords. Fishing has extra rare loot like elytra trident and heart of the ocean. The world border is set to 15k and the outer end islands reset every week.
