EchelonMC is a hand built survival SMP on 1.21.1 that has been in active development for about two months. It is hosted in Canada and the owner Eddy keeps building it from player suggestions. The server is made to feel fresh and not like a copy paste setup.
The whole vibe is long term building and real progression. There are no pay to win mechanics and there are no planned main world resets. It is also not focused on griefing and it has strong protection tools.
You earn Echelites currency just by playing like mining farming fishing exploring and building. You can spend it on progression and quality of life stuff. Land claiming is advanced with visual borders and settings per chunk plus controls for TNT creepers fire spread raids fluids and mob spawning. There are also options like claim decay syncing bundling and picking who can use each chunk.
There are teams so you can invite friends share access and use private team chat. You can also list public builds so people can visit vote and climb rankings while you earn rewards. Graves help protect your items with timed recovery mechanics and the server keeps getting polished every week.
