The main mode is Lifesteal where you get hearts by killing other players and losing them makes every fight super risky. There is also Towny so you can build big towns and empires and use diplomacy or go to war with other groups.
They have an Earth mode with a 1 to 1500 scale map of the real world so you can claim your own country. There is normal Survival for players who just want a classic SMP style world and also Skyblock where you start on a tiny island and build it up.
The owners say they use strong hardware so there should be zero lag. Since the server is new you can grind to the top of the leaderboards and maybe even become staff later. They are also taking suggestions a lot so players can help shape how the network grows.
