North Survival is a semi vanilla survival server with pvp and it just launched Season 3 so it feels like a fresh start.
It has a bunch of quality of life stuff like click villagers so trading and managing them is easier. You also get RTP to find a building spot fast and TPA so you can teleport to friends.
There is a protected spawn and the server talks up stable performance plus a custom UI. It runs on 1.21.11 and it supports all 1.21.x clients.
