I found a brand new whitelisted server running a super cozy modpack that is made for people who like building and cooking and farming and collecting and exploring and having pets.
It is not about rushing to get strong. The goal is to make a real community with people who actually want to play together.
The modpack is huge at around 300 mods. It ran on 4GB on their PC but they recommend 6 to 8 if you want shaders and stuff. The server just opened today so it feels like a fresh start and there is a lot to find.

The gameplay is survival with no land claims and no big economy systems. Players trade and sell stuff in a shared shopping district kind of like Hermitcraft. Everything is trust based so griefing is not the goal and the staff team keeps it fair and chill.

MooshySMP is a survival server that tries to give builders raiders and explorers all something to do. When I joined it felt like a fresh survival world but with some cool twists.
There is a protected building zone where you can make your base without worrying about grief. That area never wipes and raiding and pvp are turned off there so it is good if you just want to build in peace.
Outside that you get a giant custom generated world with a huge radius so there is a lot to explore. There are custom mechanics duels jobs skills and other stuff that makes the game feel more than regular vanilla.
The server has events like a buzz bee event and there is an AXHoes plugin plus bundles for builders and explorers and even map art and baby mobs so there is random fun stuff to mess with.
