I found an anarchy server where people can do basically anything but there is one rule and it is no pvp hacking. The owner says they cannot really stop it they just hope people follow it.
The server has a bunch of wild stuff like a nuke and a stab thing plus flame stuff a wolf army and blindness. There is also a railgun that kind of works.
Teams are being added and the owner has a team you can join. If you join you can get a copy of their gear like maces gapples and full netherite with enchants plus a villager trading room. They said there are only a few kits so you gotta be fast.

This is a semi anarchy Minecraft server that tries to feel like normal survival but with almost no rules. It launched on October 11th 2024 and it runs all the time on a world with a border at two million blocks.
You can join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.10 and they say using 1.21.10 is best so stuff does not break. The game is focused on pure survival with almost no plugins changing how the game works.
There are no map resets and no teleport commands like tpa and there is no pay to win store. Griefing is allowed and pvp is allowed so you always have to watch your back. The only real command they added is spawn so people far away do not feel stuck forever.
They also allow using the nether roof and they removed phantoms and only need half the players to sleep to skip the night. It makes the server feel a bit smoother but still pretty close to vanilla.
The rules are mostly about not ruining the server for everyone. Stuff like exploits lag machines duping and spamming are not allowed. Also you cannot harass people with racial slurs or toxic chat.
