Anarchy Network is a semi anarchy server that tries to stay close to vanilla Minecraft. It launched on October 11th 2024 and it runs all the time on a machine in New York City.
You can join with pretty much any Java version from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11. The owner suggests using 1.21.10 so things work better. The world border is set at 2 million blocks so there is a lot of space to travel and hide.
The server allows griefing and pvp and there are no map resets. There is no pay to win at all and there is no teleporting except for the simple spawn command. This means you actually have to travel but you can still get back to spawn if you went way too far. Nether roof travel is allowed. Phantoms are disabled and only half the players online are needed to skip the night.
The rules are very light but they still exist. Exploits are not allowed and you cannot build lag machines or use duping. Spamming in chat is not allowed and you also cannot use harassment or racial slurs. So you get a rough survival world but without totally toxic chat or game breaking bugs.
Overall it feels like a pure survival world with lots of chaos and freedom where everything you build is at risk and nothing gets reset.
