This is a Fabric server on 1.21.11 where the main idea is showing when players are away in the tab menu.
It is meant to mark someone as AFK after about five minutes so people do not have to type a command to do it.
The server owner is trying to find a setup that actually works and can be configured without a bunch of hassle.
