The Garden SMP is a Java 1.21.11 survival multiplayer server built for worldbuilding adventure and roleplay.
You start with 3 lives and you only lose them through PvP. If you run out you become a ghost and your story changes. Players can also bring someone back using a craftable revival book.
Some vanilla stuff is turned off to fit the roleplay better like elytra and ender chests so people build roads and bases and actually meet up.
There are lots of extras like locking chests with trial keys and making lockpicks to break in. You can set up chest shops and brew alcohol and beers plus many QoL plugins.
When you join you wake up in the clouds then you jump down and head past the Monolith. You can pick a race for your character then wake on the docks of Isla De Viva Eterna. From there you can sail out to the mainlands and claim land or live in a town with others.
It is meant to be relaxed with optional challenges. There is no pay to win and staff and mods are active and attentive.
