I found a server that is running the Echoes of Nostalgia Expert modpack. It is hosted by two players and it is open for anyone to join for free.
The server also has optional proximity chat so you can talk to other people in game if you want. It sounds like a chill place to play the pack with others and just work through the expert progression together.
