I found Blitz Network and it is a new server focused on custom Bed Wars.
You can join matches and climb the leaderboards. You earn points while you play and then you can spend them on cosmetics.
There is also a VIP rank for players who want to help the server grow and it comes with its own perks. They also have a roadmap on their Discord and you can get the link in game.
