I found a server called Orbital SMP and it has been running since October 25. It usually has around 20 players so it feels active but not crowded.
It is almost like donut smp but it is more chill with less raids and less players. There are lootdrops every weekend so you always have something to look forward to.
You can build bases and farms and do a lot of normal survival stuff. The rules are super simple and the big one is no cheating.
