The rules also focus a lot on respecting the world. Do not kill players with no gear or people inside the spawn box. Do not mess with other builds or entities and ask if you think something is abandoned. If you blow up terrain like with a creeper you should fix it.
Trading is supposed to be fair and clear. Bug exploits and item duping are not allowed. Also do not destroy the End portal or trial vaults and spawners.

I found a new survival server that is trying to get active players and build a real community. It is Minecraft 1.21.11 and it keeps the vanilla feel but it also has some terrain generation mods and some QOL plugins.
