RuneCraft is a Minecraft server about nations and big politics. The map has many different nations and you can join one or try to make your own.
The server is adding custom plugins. One of them is a taxi system that helps you move around the map. It is made so players can travel between places and nations easier.
The main idea is government and invasions and that whole vibe. Players who like wars and diplomacy can join a nation and help it grow or fight other nations.
The server is not out yet. It is planned to release in about three weeks. Players who are interested can get ready to join when it opens.

Crescenta is a worldbuilding Minecraft server where the world changes as players play. People make big civilizations and build history and explore new places so it feels like a huge story that never stops.
The server is on version 1.21.8 and it works on both Java and Bedrock so a lot of different players can join. There is Simple Voice Chat so people can actually talk in game which makes roleplay and big projects feel way more real.
One of the coolest things is the custom ancestry system. New players get pulled into the action fast and it is easier to make dynasties and family lines and other roleplay stuff. It makes your character feel like part of a big world instead of just some random person.
The world has custom generation that looks fresh and different so exploring is fun. They also have Bluemap so you can see the map in 3D on the web and check out builds and terrain.
There is a brewing plugin similar to Brewery where you can make drinks and even get drunk. Builds can be protected with a Citadel and NameLayer based reinforcement system so you do not lose everything you worked on.
The community is friendly and creative from what I saw. The server is not pay to win at all. It feels like a place where you are supposed to write your own story and really make it yours.

LiamSMP is a chill survival server with a simple economy. It is not full of crazy plugins. It just adds a few things that make normal survival feel more fun.
There is a shop system where you can buy useful and even really strong gear if you save up enough money. Players can also use an auction house to sell rare items and trade with each other so the economy is mostly run by the community.
The server is whitelisted so you have to apply first. This helps keep the server safe and the players chill. You join the discord and do a quick application then you can get on and start playing.
Overall it feels like a relaxed place to play survival with a small community and an easy to understand setup. Nothing too complicated just a fun world to grind and trade with other players.

This is a small modded SMP called Dragon's Den that has been running for about four years. The owner keeps it up all the time and does not plan to stop.
The server only has a few active players so it feels pretty chill and not crowded. The mod pack gets changed every now and then to keep things fresh. It was just changed recently so it should stay the same for a while.

This server is called MaceSMP and it is a semi vanilla pvp world.

Bone Voyage MC is a pirate themed SMP server that feels really cozy and welcoming. It has this nostalgia kind of survival where you just hop on and start playing with other people who actually talk and hang out.
The server owners promise a full year of uptime and say they plan to keep it going even longer. There is a lot of custom configuration and plugins so it is not totally vanilla but it still feels like normal Minecraft just with more to do.

Posalon is a semi vanilla Minecraft server that is all about building lore and history. Everything players do is meant to become part of the story of the world.
On this server you can get into politics and help run a nation or even try to start your own nation. There is a movecraft plugin so people can design and use planes tanks and ships and take them into real battles. There is also a brewery style plugin so you can just be a bartender if that is what you like.

TerraCraft is a newer geopolitical Earth server where players build nations and fight over land. It is a towny style world so you can claim land and grow your own country with friends.
The server has no mods at all. It just uses plugins and resource packs so there is basically nothing to download. You can join fast and start playing right away without worrying about a big setup.

L and M Industries is a small modded SMP that feels pretty calm and relaxed. It is all about tech and building cool bases.
