Kings Gambit is a modded Java medieval roleplay server where the kingdom feels like it is run by the players.
When people join they can start with jobs like city watch servant merchant farmer hunter and butcher. Each role matters because it helps the realm keep going and it ties into the economy.
The land is split between different noble houses. Each house runs its own area and sets taxes for the citizens but they still answer to the Crown since all land belongs to it. Players pick which house they live under then they can build loyalty and reputation and try to rise up in status.
