This server is called Creative Central and it is built around almost ten years of lore and worldbuilding. It feels like everything is part of a big story and the whole network is still a work in progress so it keeps growing over time.
There are two main game modes. The first one is Creative Plots. Here you get a huge 512×512 plot and you can use WorldEdit for free with barely any limits.
