I have been playing on this server for a couple days and it is actually really fun.
It has survival and it also has skyblock and both feel super cool. You can just hop on and build for a few hours or stay longer and keep working on your base or island.
The server feels pretty small but in a good way because you start to see the same people a lot. The staff and the players are really nice and helpful and it does not feel toxic at all.
If you want a place that is simple and chill with survival and skyblock together this server is honestly awesome.

This is a pretty laid back modded SMP that is still getting finished up. It uses the MCEternal2 modpack and runs on Minecraft 1.20.1 with forge 47.4.2.

So I found this server called Misty Pines SMP and it has a really cool idea
The owner is a solo dev named Red and they added a small update that feels like it should just be in normal Minecraft
On this server you can repair anvils kind of like how you fix iron golems You just use ingots to repair them instead of letting them break forever
The server is survival and feels like a chill place to play and mess around with friends or just on your own
If you are tired of your anvils shattering all the time this server makes that way less annoying while still keeping it survival

Beauty in Blocks is a hardened survival server that feels really focused on immersion discovery and making the world look cool. The world is shaped with mods that add crazy terrain new realms and more natural feeling biomes so exploring actually feels fresh.

LightRealms SMP is a small whitelisted semi vanilla server that has been running for almost eight years. It is made for people who just want to enjoy normal Minecraft with others without a bunch of crazy plugins.

MendedSMP is a new survival world that feels really active. There are already a bunch of players and some streamers who play together. It feels like a place where people actually talk and hang out instead of just grinding alone.
