I found a server called Relheim and it feels like a chill place to join and start playing.
If you message the player skeppygamer they say they will provide you with anything you need. You can also choose to grind for your stuff yourself if you want it the normal way.
It seems pretty welcoming for new players and anyone who just wants to hop in and play.
