I found a small modded survival server that is trying to stay chill and community focused. It is meant to feel like vanilla but with more depth so it does not turn into a huge chaotic mod pile.
The coolest part is the weather since storms actually feel intense and the world feels alive. If you like storm chasing this is the kind of server where that sounds real.
It also has Create so people can build big machines and automation stuff. Farming and cooking get a boost too and the world generation looks way better.
Progression keeps going with extra content for deeper areas and the End so it does not just stop after the dragon. There is also handy stuff like a minimap a recipe viewer gravestones and backpacks to make survival smoother.
Proximity voice chat is on so multiplayer feels way more fun. The server is kept smaller on purpose so it can last longer than a short hype season.
