Origin SMP is a survival multiplayer server with a new season running. It is on 1.21 and it works on Java and Bedrock so more people can join together.
The world is small and finite at 2500 by 2500 blocks so you actually run into other players. The server is built around tiers and PvP progression so fights feel like they matter and you can work your way up.
It has proximity voice chat so you can talk during trades or deals and also during betrayals. There are no land claims so the world is shaped by trust and politics not plugins.
The rules are semi anarchy. Anarchy is allowed but random pointless griefing can get rolled back so the long term story and server lore can keep going. Items can also have randomized perks that you level up to get stronger.

I found Duck’s Anarchy and it is a no rules anarchy server that stays focused on one thing which is anarchy.
There are no side modes and no safe zones so you can get jumped anytime. People grief raid and fight all the time and traps and betrayal are just normal here. If you build a base it can get found and ruined and nobody is going to save it.
Staff do not interfere with fights and wars and there are no resets that wipe your progress. The world keeps going and players shape what happens.
