It is encouraged that members practice common-sense, discourse, empathy and understanding, agreeing to disagree, problem solving and critical thinking, in hopes to become leaders, not dictators.

Seed and Flower staff members are not above you! Trivial-matters that occur between our Resident members will not be the business of staff-matters, as we want our staff members to enjoy their time here with as much normalcy as possible. We are here to make day to day life easier and more peaceful – we will assist where we can, with grace, fragility, and empathy.
