Crown SMP is a survival server that just opened beta and it feels like you get to be there from the very start. The whole point is helping shape the server while you play.
It has jobs so you can earn money by doing real gameplay. There are quests that are based on NPC stuff and progression and it is not tied to a store.
The economy is meant to stay balanced for long term survival. You can use in game shops to buy and sell resources.
There is also a flight system that uses redstone as fuel. The server says it is community first and survival focused and it never goes pay to win. Beta players get early access and can influence balance and features and get beta only recognition.
