Shindara is a new Minecraft server built by an older tight community of roleplay veterans. It is made for players who love acting out fantasy scenes in Minecraft and who can put time into a story that keeps going.
The server aims for an RPG feel that is not too strict. You can use a bunch of mods with a balanced selection for characters. You can interact with NPCs and do quests for the community.
There is also a player driven economy where you can work toward wealth. If you want a quieter life you can just live alone in a small shack far from everyone.

This is a real GregTech New Horizons server developed on the stable version of Minecraft 1.7.10. The GTNH server is designed for very experienced players, about ~230 modifications are installed, perfectly tuned and balanced mods, crafting recipes are carefully and thoughtfully configured. Development on this server is very difficult but interesting. You will need to plan your time, think through automation step by step, build factories, eat, develop, etc. Start the game with dirt and sticks, develop until you conquer space, visit other planets, although here you can develop endlessly, here on this server, until the end of the game, like before China.
