Right now the mace is more expensive to craft and they plan to make spears more expensive later too. The rules are pretty strict about cheats. No hacking no freecam no duping and some exploits are banned. Raiding and stealing are allowed so you always have to watch your base. For pvp there are banned items like crystals anchors netherite armor and weapons and fireworks. Combat logging is not allowed so fights actually matter.
The nether opens on the 30th and the world border is 8k so there is a good amount of space but not too big. If you want a fresh pvp focused smp where people can still build and the gear is not crazy op yet this server feels like a fun place to try.
