Just Be Create-tive is a survival SMP built around the Create mod and a big mod list with 80 plus mods. It is made for players who want to build factories and automate tons of stuff while still playing survival.
I found that it also has quality of life mods and extra content like furniture and electrical style mods. There is even an in game shop system from Create so you can start a shop and trade with other members.
This is a PVE server and they do not allow griefing or stealing so it is meant to be chill and safe for builds.
Some mods included are Create and several Create add ons plus Farmers Delight Sophisticated Backpacks Steam n Rails Vanilla Backport Xaeros Minimap Xaeros World Map Supplementaries Storage Drawers and Simple Voice Chat.

Skylines SMP is a modded 1.20.1 server that is all about pushing engineering super far. The pack is built around automation custom physics and huge logistics networks.
People on here try to make massive automated factories then move those resources with big player made cargo planes. The world looks awesome too since it uses Distant Horizons style terrain rendering.
You can do wild stuff like build heavy weapons with Create Big Cannons and even carpet bomb giant mobs. You can set up diesel generator grids to power huge industrial bases and build electric vehicles using Trackwork.
It is whitelist only and it just launched so it is trying to grow an active group of builders who like to experiment even when things explode.

Kings Talk is a fantasy modded nations roleplay server where people make their own nations or join an existing one. You can also make original roleplay characters and basically choose how you want to live in the world.
The nations grow in an organic way and the modpack adds RTS style units plus siege weapons and automation. That means you can build up your nation faster or go to war when you feel like it.
The map is 2k by 2k and the server stays running with active members. It is on Java 1.20.1 and it is modded with organic RP and nations play.

It is built for chill survival with claim protection using FTB Chunks so your builds can stay safe and you can focus on building.
A big part of the vibe is Create and automation with rail stuff and extra Create addons so you can make factories and contraptions. Survival is also deeper with more food and farming and fishing mods plus quality of life things like backpacks waystones JEI Corpse and Simple Voice Chat.
It feels like a place to grind build explore or just vibe with a relaxed community without unnecessary chaos.

This is a modded server using a custom modpack that just got restarted so the owner could fix issues and remove some overpowered stuff. It is like a bigger creature catching pack with extra tech and magic added in.
It has a spawn area with NPCs and there are player shops being worked on right now. The pack has lots of tech mods like storage systems and big machines plus building and automation mods. It also has magic mods with spells and upgrades and more add ons stacked on top of that.

Gregworks is a modded Minecraft server running a civilization event on 1.7.10. The vibe is semi anarchy and it sounds like things can get pretty chaotic.
The main focus is GregTech so you will be building big tech progress and heavy factories. There is space travel with Galacticraft and GalaxySpace and there are more places to explore like Twilight Forest and Atum.
Automation is a big deal here with mods like ProjectRed and BluePower and you can run your base with OpenComputers. There is also a lot of breeding and upgrades with Forestry Binnies and Gendustry.
For fighting there are weapons and missile mods so players can go to war. The only real rule is no cheating or exploiting so it is wild but still meant to be fair.

Dopecraft 420 is a decently heavy modded Minecraft server that is looking for more players. Anyone can join and it feels like a chill place to hang out and play.
The modpack leans hard into big mods like Warium Valkyrien Skies Create Mekanism and Biomes O Plenty. So you can mess with machines do tech stuff build wild contraptions and explore lots of different world generation.
There is also optional creative building and it is still a work in progress. It is supposed to get better over time. The owner is also looking for people to help manage the Discord later.
The server runs on Forge 1.20.1.
