CinderSMP is a normal Vanilla plus survival server on Java and it is meant to be simple and chill.
There are basically no big restrictions. TNT is allowed and you can mess with portals too. The only real ask is be nice and help build a cool community.
It has some basic adds like replant where using a hoe on a crop replants it for you. It also has treecapitator and beacons with bigger range so they can cover huge areas.
There is voting that gives you keys and it is 100 percent just voting with no transactions. Mostly it is just about playing and having fun.
