FallenRealms is a survival economy server that was private for a long time and now it is finally open. It is made for players who want a long term world and a strong money system instead of a quick throwaway map.
The main idea is a player driven economy. There is an admin shop to keep prices stable but most trading is between players. You can make chest shops and also use an auction house to sell rare items fast. There is a custom fishing system that has unique rewards and it is not just normal fishing with better loot tables.
You can claim land and protect towns and bases. Claims can get really big so groups can plan future builds and expansions. There is automation but it is balanced. Chunk hoppers pick up items in a chunk and sell chests can auto sell stuff you farm. These are meant to save time without breaking the economy.
Ranks are earned by playing. You rank up with money and playtime and every rank can be unlocked without paying real money. Donator ranks only give access to ranks you can already earn so it does not turn into pay to win.

This is a classic non OP prison server and it feels like the old days. You start with basic tools and leather armor and you actually have to grind to get better gear. Nothing is insta sell and you have to smelt your ores and walk through pvp zones to reach the commissary.
There are normal prison ranks from A up to Parolee and Citizen. After you hit the top rank you can prestige for special rewards. If you become a Parolee you can leave the prison and build a farm to earn more money.
The guards are real players who protect new people and chase anyone with contraband. Swords and potions are illegal and if a guard sees you with them they will pvp you. You can even get sent to solitary confinement if you act up.
You can rent a prison cell or a plot to store items grow illegal custom plants and build your own shop. There are quests for extra cash or special items plus custom fishing parkour challenges and an auction house.
There is also a bounty system so if you have an enemy you can put a price on their head and check the bounty board for targets. The whole server is about grinding fighting and dealing with guards instead of being super overpowered.

This is a hardcore SMP server that is all about real survival with other players. It works on both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition so more people can join and play together. When you die it actually matters so every move feels risky.
The server has a coin economy that is completely run by players. You do not buy or sell normal items to server shops. You trade with other players and use an auction house. Coins come from killing mobs and looting chests so you earn money by actually playing.
There is a strong land claiming system so you can protect your base and farms from griefing. Your claims keep your stuff safe while you are offline. But when you die your claims get deleted so your land becomes unprotected. This makes staying alive super important.

This server is called uSurvive and it feels like Minecraft if it took a different path but still stayed like normal survival. It tries to keep the vanilla spirit while making multiplayer way more interesting.

This server is called GG SMP and it is a survival world with a lot of extra stuff added on top. It has custom items skills bosses and an economy so there is always something to grind and upgrade.

This server is all about a player driven economy. The owners really want players to control the market so almost everything is based on trading with other players instead of only using admin shops.
