Minemist is a new Java server that is hosted in Sydney Australia. It is made for players in the Asia Pacific region who are tired of bad ping on other servers.
The server is built around Towny with nations and war so it feels like a big simulated civilization. You can join or create a town then grow it into a nation and fight other nations over land. There is server lore about an entity called Misty who watches every move and tries to understand humanity which gives the world a cool story feeling.
There are jobs so you can earn money and a culture system to make towns feel different. MCMMO is here for skill leveling and there are tweaks to enchantments plus slower endgame progression so players do not rush to finish everything in one day. Chest locks help keep your stuff safe and the world has borders so the map feels more controlled.
The server started on November 25th 2025 and it runs Minecraft Java 1.21.11. It is a brand new community and they want more players to come hang out and build towns and fight wars together.
