This is a modded Minecraft event that runs until April 12th. It is built around resource management logistics and strategy more than just shooting.
Players are pushed to build big infrastructure like dedicated mines factories oil refineries airfields armories garages and artillery posts. The server does not force fighting so groups decide their own politics and deals. There is a strong incentive to roleplay and let the story grow from what players do.
By the end of the event a winning team can earn a lead role in the next project. Player made lore is meant to carry forward into a bigger story. The host stays neutral and runs a news group that reports on the war as it develops.

People form nations and claim real world territories then they fight over resources. The tech side is huge with Create and big addons so players can run massive factories and set up train networks and automate stuff like ammo and supplies.
Combat is not vanilla and it leans into firearms with TaCZ and Pointblank plus big artillery and base siege action using Create Big Cannons. There are also air and ground vehicles with mods like Immersive Aircraft Simple Planes and Ash Vehicles so you can do transport or battles.
Simple Voice Chat is fully set up so players can talk during diplomacy planning and firefights. There are quality of life mods too like Tom's Simple Storage Sophisticated Backpacks Xaero maps and corpse runs.
