I found a server that is pure vanilla anarchy on version 1.3.2. It uses official jar files and it does not patch exploits.
There are no rules so people can do whatever they want. The server can update every week and the version choice is decided by a vote.
It is going through every official server version including snapshots and april fools versions so it feels like a long trip through Minecraft history.
