There is also a token shop to help reduce pay to win. Tokens cannot be bought and you only get them by playing. The token shop has everything from the store plus extra items. They also say their crates are not pay to win.

So I found this server called ChillGrindSMP and it is just a simple Java survival world that feels really relaxed.
It runs on version 1.20.10 and it uses ViaVersion so people on a bunch of different Java versions can still join together. That makes it easier if you do not like updating all the time.
The main thing here is no griefing. People are not allowed to wreck your builds or steal your stuff so you can actually spend time building and grinding without worrying about it getting ruined.
