In the capital, like in any other city, you can rent/purchase a plot or building, usually commercial buildings like a store. Registration of the city takes place in the discord channel, instructions are attached. Every 10 minutes you will receive $10; the coins will be useful to you in the future just for purchasing your own plot. The mayor has the right to set any price for a plot in his city.
