Ultimate Hardcore is a hardcore SMP where death is permanent and it actually matters. There are no revives and no second chances so when you die you are done.
The world is huge at 300000 by 300000 blocks and it never resets. PvP is on and raiding and griefing are allowed everywhere so you have to be careful all the time.
It stays close to vanilla but uses a few plugins to make hardcore better. I saw player heads Simple Voice Chat and detailed stat tracking plus some quality of life stuff.
Players form alliances and take land and start wars then even the strongest people can die and leave it all behind. Nothing is scripted so every friendship and betrayal happens because of the players.
