Ultimate Hardcore is a permanent death Hardcore SMP and it is made for people who want real consequences.
There are no map resets and no revives. If you die then you are done and your story is over.
The world is huge at 300000 by 300000 blocks. PvP is on everywhere and raiding and griefing are allowed too so it always feels dangerous.
It stays close to vanilla but it uses some plugins that fit the hardcore vibe. You can get player heads and take loot from a dead players Ender Chest. It also has Simple Voice Chat plus deep stat tracking and some quality of life stuff.
Players form alliances and take land and start wars then one day they die and everything gets left behind for the next group. Nothing is scripted and all the drama happens because of players.
It runs on version 1.21.11.

Raid Farms is a survival server that feels kinda semi anarchyish and it is built for PvPers builders and anyone who just wants Minecraft to be fun again. The server is new and still experimental so stuff changes a lot.
The big twist is the economy because wheat is the money. People trade using wheat instead of dollars and there are things at spawn like player shops ingame ranks and a banker where you can deposit wheat.
Wheat is harder to farm here on purpose. You can only grow it when it is exposed to sunlight it only works from y60 to y160 and you cannot use bonemeal.
The whole vibe is farm wheat and raid wheat farms. You can try to live peaceful build up a trade empire or go mess with other peoples farms. The map is 5k and lots of players have already left their mark with alliances forming and falling.

Twigland looks like a normal survival server at first. You join to chill and farm and build a base. People grind and try to get stronger and stack up gear.
Then the money part kicks in. There is a crop plugin and it turns farming into easy profit. It starts small but it can turn into a whole operation in the wilderness.
Players move shipments late and even hire PvP players to guard them. The economy starts getting messy and towns begin to pick sides. It still feels like survival but it gets way more serious fast.
If you like McMMO grinding and making a name for yourself through farming and schemes this place has that vibe.

Twigland SMP is a survival server but it does not feel like basic vanilla with a simple home command. It feels like a mix of survival politics and crime stuff.
You can level up skills like mining and fighting so grinding actually matters. Towny style governments are a big deal too since people can claim land and elect mayors and start wars or break alliances.
The economy is run by players so supply and demand matters. There is also a drug script where you can grow illegal crops and run hidden labs and sell on the black market. If staff or rival towns catch you then you can get raided and fined and publicly embarrassed.
Some towns play clean and some towns build power in shady ways. The world is long term and it says there is no pay to win garbage.
