Ultimate Hardcore is a hardcore SMP where death is the end and it stays that way. There are no revives and no second chances so every fight and every trip outside feels serious.
The world is huge at 300000 by 300000 blocks and it never resets. PVP is on and raiding and griefing are allowed everywhere so danger can show up anytime.
It keeps the vanilla feeling but adds some extras that fit hardcore. I saw player heads and you can loot a dead players Ender Chest. It also has Simple Voice Chat and detailed stat tracking plus some quality of life stuff.
Over time players team up and claim land then wars and betrayals happen and it all changes again when people die. Nothing is scripted and the story is made by whoever survives the longest.
