I found a Forge 1.20.1 SMP called Creativity SMP. It is a survival server where you can build megafarms as big as you want as long as they do not lag the server. They say the server is really strong so it can handle a lot.
People can recommend mods and also give server suggestions. The server has Create and Valkyrien Skies planes plus the Clockwork addon for Valkyrien Skies. It is also an early new server so it feels fresh.
There is some internet lag sometimes. It is not a big modpack and you have to manually set your ram to 8 gigs.
