I found this new modded SMP called Creativity SMP and it is a multi type server where you can play a lot of different ways.
You can build a nation or go solo and you can set up huge farms using Create with a bunch of addons. The only real limit is when your farms start making the server lag so the modpack is kept smaller to help with big builds.
It also has Valkyrian Skies and Eureka so people can make tanks airplanes and boats. The server is still new so the rules are not fully finished yet.
Right now they want people to not use nukes until they figure out the rules for that. They also say dont be a A Hole and for the time being wars are not allowed.

I found a Java SMP that is modded and looking for more members who will actually stick around. It sounds like the main goal is to play survival and just hang out together.
The server runs Fabric 1.20.1 and it has mods like Create Farmers Delight Backpacks Naturalist Small Ships and Immersive Aircraft plus a few others. So you can do building and farming and exploring and also mess with machines and vehicles.
