This is a semi vanilla SMP called Outcrafted that is starting its Season 3. The new season starts on Friday the 16th and they want around 50 to 100 active players.
The server is survival but with a few extra features that make it feel different than normal vanilla. It has Simple Voice Chat so people can talk in game while they play together.
